Our resident brewmaster Alexander Buchner will bring you on a tour of Paulaner Bräuhaus’ microbrewery (Singapore’s only German microbrewery), which produces the establishment’s German beer. You will also be guided through a beer tasting where you will get to savour the different types of brew available. Indulge in a selection of authentic German specialties such as Obatza; an old Bavarian beer garden prescription, Grilled Pork Knuckles and Nurnberger Bratwurst.
