At our restaurant on level 2, the familiar Maibaum
(Maypole), a 16th century Bavarian architectural feature,
takes centrestage. Handcrafted decorative iron frames
and individual hanging pendant lamps enhance the cosiness
of the spacious interior. Adorned with etchings of
traditional Bavarian costumes and dotted with numerous
pictures of scenes in Germany, customers will feel
immersed in a truly convivial and cosy setting. The
elevated seating area around the Maypole is ideal
for small private functions, with a 360 degree view
of the entire restaurant.
Amid these new cosy surrounds, indulge in our menu
of authentic German specialties by Executive Chef
Jody Yu. This includes Homemade cheese spätzle
and asparagus, succulent Grilled pork knuckle, crispy,
golden-brown Wiener Schnitzel with cranberry cherry
sauce served with sautéed potatoes and luscious
traditional desserts of German mini Gugelhupf among
others.
A breezy outdoor terrace area provides the opportunity
for enjoying a meal under the stars or basking in
the sun while tucking into Paulaner Bräuhaus'
popular Sunday German Brunch.
